and helps reduce inflammation. It contains organic soluble fiber which supports regularity and benefits the immune
system and overall health. Provides intense regenerative probiotic (800 million cfu), as well as prebiotic activity
for a healthy microbial environment and to repairs damage from improper diet and over use of antibiotics. This

Note: Fibersol2 is made from cornstarch. "Though listed on corn allergens ‘list-to-avoid’ many have found
it to not show a ‘sensitivity response’." You'll need to make your own decision on this one. It sounds as
though the fibersol2 basically skips digestion. To read more on this: http://diverticulitisinfo.com/blog/

gallstones.)

DIETARY RECOMMENDATIONS
# 1 Matter of Importance - DO NOT OVEREAT
This is one of the major risks for gallbladder problems!
Avoid all fried foods, all fatty foods like dairy, all oils except flax (do not heat flax oil) and as you improve,
olive oil. Avoid saturated fats such as found in meats.
I suggest that you add fresh flax oil to your salads while on this program. Start slowly, ½ tsp to 1 tsp.
This is particularly effective in the beet recipe. Eat beets in any form.
Eat lots of cucumbers or drink cucumber juice.
EAT REAL FOOD! Not refined, packaged, sugared, with an endless shelf life. Food should spoil. It's not real if
it doesn't. Your body does what it does best with honest to goodness nutrients from organic whole foods!
Please refer to the gallbladder diet page for foods to avoid and foods to include.
Gallbladder attacks are more commom than you may think. Gallstones affect more than
25 million American (our total population being 310 million in early 2011). One million new cases of gallstones
are diagnosed annually, according to the American Gastroenterological Association. 500,000-700,000 gallbladder
removals take place every year in the USA alone, and since the diet of the general American population is not improving,
those numbers are rising.
"Thanks for your web site. Your beet
recipe was a great help to me. After suffering pain for more than a week. I went to the doctor and the E.R., but
they could not even tell me what was wrong. After the pain got worse I had a CAT scan and the doctor told me he
thought it was my gallbladder. After getting frustrated waiting for doctors, my wife found your site. I feel better,
but not completely better, and I am very hungry only making veggie and fruit juice, and eating fish, rice, and
yams."
DID YOU KNOW...
that food allergies can
also bring on a gallbladder attack? If you are one of those people who never knows what foods will bring on an
attack, read about the allergy
diet.
Debbie, I have suffered from
gallbladder disease since 2003
