Gallbladder 30 Day
Menu Plan - Phase I - A STRICT DIET - for use immediately following a gallbladder attack
Please note this is an e-booklet, not hard copy.
This is designed for you who have pain with everything you
eat OR you are afraid to eat so you eat nothing and then when you do eat, you eat the wrong thing. If this does not describe you, this is not the diet for you. It is a minimalist diet plan, slowly working up to a moderate plan
which will be step 2. Step 2 will contain a larger variety of foods with more recipes. This Menu Plan contains:
- Introduction with dos and don'ts
- Menu Plan for 4 weeks
Introduction includes the main principals of a gallbladder
diet and what supplements to start and at what point in your program to do so. This diet plan does not preclude
the Gallbladder Starter Kit. You
need the concentrated action of the products to thin the bile and to support digestion. Most people who try to
work with the diet alone eventually come back to order the products sooner or later. So don't waste your time:
work with both now for quicker results. Just as you don't get the best results with products alone and ignoring
diet, if you follow a diet without the products you also do not get optimal results.
The menu plan tells you what to drink, what
to eat and at what times, beginning with rising and ending with a bedtime snack. There are recipes to accompany
The recipes are not gourmet. Let's face it; there are very few foods allowed in the beginning, so basically, you
are getting several variations on the same foods. When you can eat little variety, even slicing something differently
can make a change in the palate. This is what we have been asked for, so here it is.
"I had a significant improvement
in my symptoms the day after I talked to Debbie. She told me that there was a reason that grapes were recommended
for my problem, so I went home and prepared the grapes. The next evening I felt a great lessening of the pressure
and pain in my chest, so whatever was blocking my bile ducts had receded or gotten smaller. In the following days
I was able to eat the beet recipe and gradually I've been able to introduce heavier foods with no problems. Of

II - INTERMEDIATE STAGE

This menu plan is NOT for those of you who
have pain with everything you eat; for that you need to order the 1st 30 Day Menu Plan. That one is a very strict
plan for someone who has just had an attack. This is the next month following that strict diet (or stage 2) OR
it is for people who have gallbladder discomfort but not pain - people who can eat foods without fear of them causing
pain, but still end up with bloating or fullness or who know that something just doesn't feel right. For optimal
results you should use this menu plan with the Gallbladder Starter Kit. The products and diet are designed to work
This is a diet that follows gallbladder protocols using small amounts of fat, but the right fat. It includes recipes
with gallbladder foods, foods that help to thin bile, and avoids foods that are known to cause gallbladder problems
such as onions, eggs and pork. It also avoids the common food allergens such as gluten and dairy which also contribute
to gallbladder attacks, gallbladder disease, GERD, acid reflux and indigestion.
This e-book contains our own recipes with
numerous pictures of the recipes made in our own kitchens. All of us here at GallbladderAttack have participated
in this book in one way or another, even if only eating the dishes after the photo shoots! But Sharmila is the
