Bile Salts help to emulsify or break down fats, aid with constipation, help in the assimilation of the fat-soluble

It is lipotrophic, which means it acts to breakdown saturated fats (lipids) into unsaturated fats. Tyramine is
the immediate precursor to the adrenal and thyroid hormones.
Ingredients: 100 mg potassium chloride and a proprietary blend of l-Threonine, l-Tyrosine, liver peptones, Tyramine,

SUGAR CRAVING FORMULA

It contains 10 grams of complex carbohydrates, which is the best long-burning energy fuel for the body. It gives
both quick and long-lasting energy and balances blood sugar. When our blood sugar drops, then our energy drops
and we crave foods that will give it to us NOW. We go for the sugars - simple carbohydrates. These bring up the
blood sugar immediately, but they also cause it to drop swiftly. This creates ups and downs. Complex carbohydrates
like NuPlus keep the blood sugar and energy levels constant.
Directions: If shaken, not stirred, it makes a huge difference to palatability. Put in tupperware cup with lid
or glass jar with 6-10 ounces of liquid and shake well. It thickens as it sits, so drink immediately. I suggest
that you start with juice (organic, as fresh as possible) (berry is better in red juice and pina banana is better
in an orange or other). Make it so that you like it. If you need to use all juice to start, (plus frozen fruit
or banana in blender) do so. In time you will find that you can substitute some of the juice for water (1/2 and
1/2). And eventually 3/4 water and 1/4 juice. But the important thing is to make it so you like it and you'll take
it. Just getting it in, helps to change the cravings.
" 2 or 3 packets per day are recommended to control sugar cravings. This is just food so there is no limit
on how many you can take. You will probably need more in the first 4 or 5 days than later on. If you are having
a craving, take a packet and wait ten minutes. If you still have the craving, eat whatever it is. You will soon
find the cravings lessening and lessening.
